OpenELEC Testbuilds for RaspberryPi (Kodi 17.0)
Ok sorry Angel

I tried with both PLL adjustments on and off and in both cases the audio pitch/speed was all over the place (sounded like a whammy bar). For now, I've gone back to the previous audio configuration.

I tested a few files and didn't see this effect. Can you post a sample file that does behave badly?
Does someone knows where is the new config file for persistent alsa configuration?

amixer cset numid=3 1
amixer cset numid=3 80%

alsactl -f /storage/.config/sound.conf store

This does not work anymore...

Sure, I'll try to put one together tonight. It happened for me watching live TV, 1080i MPEG2. Perhaps this sample I uploaded a while back will do the same:

So far latest build to me 216 live TV is quite unreliable HD near impossible to use suffering from freezes. SD much more reliable. I use the HD home run pvr as well. Watching videos from other addons and streams such as Quasar seem fine. Thanks again for all the great work on this.

Can you be very clear if this is a new issue with this buid (that wasn't in yesterday's build) or if it has always been a problem?
If it used to be better then identifying the last good build is very important.
Hi,

in principle DTS/DD5.1 works now good in #0216, even though i must reset my HDMI-splitter to get the corret multichannel.
There are no problems with other devices on this eightfold HDMI-splitter and on old Jarvis build it works perfekt.

Next problem we have with chapter skip in DVDs - skip goes to the next DVD in a list and not to the next chapter in the playing DVD.

Thank you for your attention
Harald
Here #0216 just runs amazing with VDR Live-TV.
Channel zapping is always maximum 2s with H.264/MPEG-4 720p and 1080i, scrambled or not.
Just an issue with live preview with 1080i channels in channel list together with Hyperion. I think in earlier versions this wasn't present.
This is only my third build I have tested. It has been the case with the last two HD home pvr working builds builds to make the point. Hope that helps.

Tonight it is just popping/clicking periodically and not changing pitch/speed. Here is a small sample:

Turning the new audio back off results in no clicks.
Wow, just wow. Kudos to everybody involved. Out of curiosity I did a 1080p h265 encode the other day and tested it with #0216 on my PI2 which is not(!) overclocked and I'm pretty amazed. I didn't watch the entire movie but only skipped through it to test scenes with various complexity and to my surprise it played just fine. While I'm sure there will be issues if I watched the entire movie, this is still more than impressive. Great work guys.

Cannot get HD to buffer on live TV at all after startup
Using HD home run PVR
Only been finding this in the last three builds with this working PVR
Hi, @Milhouse, I've got a question for you. Is it possible to compile an OE 6.0.1 build but adding the new firmware changes? Could you tell me how?
