2016-11-07 SettingsSystemInfo.xml - new controls

please add a new menu button (id="100" / label=12389)
and a textbox (id="30') to the systeminfo window.

these controls are used to display the official Kodi privacy policy.


optionally, the policy text is also available as an infolabel: System.PrivacyPolicy
