Ok, now I see the issue. A complete repo (SuperRepo in my case) is banned. However, I use it only to have access to the tou.tv addon (https://superrepo.org/kodi/addon/plugin....ue.tou.tv/). This addon does not break the following rule from the wiki:

The basic rule of thumb for what is not allowed, is that if the Add-on is offering something for free that you would normally expect to pay for by any other means, then it'll most likely be using pirate feeds.

Like youtube, there is a corresponding website to content source of this addon: http://ici.tou.tv/

Can you confirm this is the issue here? I'm sincerly willing to understand what is my issue...

I am not aware of the tou.tv addon, but just to add a bit more to the wiki...

An addon or repo may also be on the black list as it has been discovered that it may perform other operations on the users computer, without the users consent or knowledge. (keyloggers, spyware etc)

Is this the reason why an addon is on an unofficial repo? Or just because its not mainstream enough?

I am not privy to any "inside information", it's just what I have picked up while browsing the forums, and reading the blog site.

I am not suggesting that is what SuperRepo does. It is possible that there is nothing infringing about tou.tv but, because it is part of the SuperRepo installation it gets a ban. And SuperRepo gets a ban because of the plethora add-ons that allow Copyright Infringement and/or other issues. You can't install tou.tv without SuperRepo.

A quick look seems like Ici Tou.tv is a legit site https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/ICI_TOU.TV, and it's easy to find the dedicated repo for the addon (no need to install any banned repo) or the addon itself from github.

Ok, guys, I was able to completely get rid of the SuperRepo addon, uninstall my tou.tv addon and re-install it from the original developper repository (that I did not find initially).

If I re-submit a debug crash log without this offending repository, would I get more support?
