This seems odd to me because:
* I can't see why my account would be suspended or banned.
* I should have permission to access those pages
* My account isn't awaiting activation or moderation because 1. I checked and my account is activated and 2. I have already been able to send and receive PM's
* I have used the appropriate forms & links

Would it be possible to solve this?

I think your post count isn't sufficient yet to have access to all forum features.

yes, we changed the limit due to spam bots flooding users via PM

FYI it took some time to effectuate the change, but now i can view mp PM's

However, I have 14 posts currently and I still can't PM?

Is the minimum up again? Or should I have some reputation as well?

I guess you just have to wait a bit until the system is updated?
I couldn't PM immediately after i had reached 10 replies either...

How many people would be furious if we removed PMs for everyone that wasn't a team member or donor?

Also, I feel like I'm on this site a lot and virtually never get PMs. Why is everyone else PMing all the time, and what is everyone else talking about? Is there a party I don't know about?
