Hello Peepz

New to this forum so firstly just like to say hello to everyone ;-)

Right I got the above box running blackhole 0.1 image.

I got XBMC Gotham 13.2 (I think) Can I upgrade to the new version 15.2? How do I install it onto the box?

I don't know really how to set this up so I get all the series ? I sort of fumbled my way to add the above add ons bit don't really know. When I click system Live TV click on enabled I get an error message that I have to visit XBMC.ORG/PVR but don't know what to do.

Do I have to add my IP address anywhere ?

All the help is appreciated

thankz

Sorry but you have misunderstood, the "PVR" subforum is not about running Kodi/XBMC ontop a Enigma2 based set-top box like the Vu+ boxes, which is what it sound like you are doing. This "PVR" subforum is just about using Kodi from a supported computer or device and then only connecting to a Enigma2 based set-top box like the Vu+ over the network to stream video from it and use it as a so called backend/server.

But anyway, before you reply, you need to understand that if you are running XBMC directly on an Vu+ box then just forget about it as there is no support for that here, but you could try to ask over at VuPlus community http://www.vuplus-community.net At least as far as I there is as of yet no official support from here on kodi.tv for running Kodi nativly on an Enigma2 based set-top box.

To get support here on the kodi.tv forums you need to run Kodi on a computer or on an Android box or an iOS device. And then what is supported here is to run Kodi as a frontend/client on a supported computer/device and network stream from an Enigma2 based set-top box working as a backend/server using the respective PVR client addon; please read wiki http://kodi.wiki/view/PVR and http://kodi.wiki/view/PVR_backend

Also note I am pretty sure that the unofficial ports and builds that are available for Vu+ not supported here does still not run PVR client addons because those parts are more complxed and have not been ported to run nativly on Vu+ set-top boxes, at least not yet, or at least not if you are just an end-user and not a developer capable of compiling those PVR client addons yourself (as those are binary addons which needs to be built/compiled for each specific platform). But if you are not a developer and still like to discuss that you are much better of asking over at VuPlus community http://www.vuplus-community.net
