That a quite buggy log ! There's some weird issues like included that are not used in my skin and failed access to some pictures / features.

First of all, I see you're using a downloaded version of KOver from github. I would recommend you to use the repo one from KODI : Settings > appearance > skins > get more ...

If you decide to do so, remove the complete previous Install by deleting the actual skin.KOver-master folder in KODI addons subfolder (or you will get conflicts between two instances of the skin).

If you absolutly want to keep the github one and assuming you're running a linux base system, case sensitivity could be the issue. So rename the skin.KOver-master folder in skin.kover (all lowercase).

Let me know if it's OK.

Cheers.

I'll try to lower the case.

Well, in previous log, I don't see any KOver instances. However, I see confluence and skin.shortcuts errors. They mostly are about write protected file system. I don't know about linux systems but if KODI, script.SkinShortcuts addon can't write settings, KOver will not start (also will produce buggy / not working skins).

AFAIK, KOver has been installed on different devices without issues, also, repo version has been checked by KODI team. I would be glad to help but I feel a bit stuck since it doesn't seem to come from code :/

The script is trying to write to a skin in Kodi's own system add-ons directory, rather than the user add-on directory (/usr/share/kodi/addons/ rather than /storage/.kodi/addons/) - the script can't write there (and user addons should never be installed there).

It's also trying to write the the skin.confluence folder. There is no version of Confluence that I'm aware of that utilises Skin Shortcuts, and even if there was it would be a mod and so installed in the users addon folder. There is no sign of the script trying to write to KOver's folder, unless you've manually replaced skin.confluence with KOver. Which would be both madness, and not in line with your saying that that's a log when using the skin installed from the repo...

@Bob : Thx for coming to my rescue for this. So I'm not crazy. I was searching also for those non existing Includes in my code but definitely not from KOver. Seems there's a mix of skins there ... in the wrong place ...

@Edwrib : Is it an official build of KODI you're using ?
