When I press the AV button and turn the box on, the android logo comes on for about 5 seconds and then the screen goes blank and stays like that. It won't go to the boot screen.

Did you find an answer? I believe I have the same issue as you but my MX2 hasn't got a reset button hidden behind the AV port, I have opened up the unit and cannot see a reset button inside either.

Please help me if you know

U best ask at the forum for your hardware. It has nothing to do with kodi. Hannes posted the link to their forums just before your post
