That was just a test build because we broke the build server and needed to verify that it was working again.

apologise if the post is not 100% thread related, but will a kodi v17.3 based version be out soon? so not to risk the subtitles bug.

When i get time i will do an atv4 build for 17.3 - really annoying how many people are pissing their pants because of the bug. There are way worse security risks out there (and even in kodi with all the addons - if someone takes the burdon to hack a subtitle server to craft subtitles he could much easier hack a repo server and serve manuipulated addons - no meed to even watch a subtitle to make this go havoc).

I wanted to compile v17.3 with Xcode 8.3.2 on 10.12.5, but failed, and I don't understand how to fix the error. Could you please help me?

@Memphiz, first thanks for all your hard work, I've been silently enjoying your builds and compilation debugs and fixes for a long time now.
I think that hacking addons is obviously a huge security risk, I've actually tested that option and its easier than it seems... The problem with the subtitles hack and why its critical to fix is due to the press it got, once something like this hits the press, then you get all these little peon hackers on DN scouring the underweb on how to create these virii and the idiots start loading their newly found toy on opensubtitles and the like....
so although the problem is as common as the next hack, it has now metastasized due to the unwanted press....

If you need any help debugging or getting compilation to work (I'm on Xcode 8.3.2, Sierra 10.12.5, tvOS 10.2.1) let me know and I'll try.
