Thanks for the new update and for keeping Amber relevant and alive! Figured out how to customize Amber to more my liking through the Includes_Vertical_Home.xml for home screen alteration and MyVideoNav.xml for Low List view throughout the UI. I did not mess with PleXBMC settings as I do not use it.
