I am using Raspberry Pi (version 1 Model B+) with Openelec (v5.0.8) and the official TVHeadend Add-on installed.
I leave the RPi turned on all the time (due to its lower power consumption, etc) and just turn off the TV it is attached to.
If I turn on the TV after some days of not using it, the TVHeadend add-on does not update / refresh the latest recordings. I have to reboot the device, and it rescans as expected.
Is there something wrong? Some additional config needed? Or a means to manually refresh the add-on / module?
I also have a normal HTPC box in the lounge that does seem to update itself better. The 2 unit's Kodi installations are also linked with a MySQL backend to synchronise the libraries and current viewing positions within videos.
Thanks
