You run the risk of getting stung with Imports duties when delivered into Europe from S.Korea if buying direct from HardKernel, especially if you choose fast Fedex/UPS shipping.
Buying products from one of the distributors in Europe you already know upfront what Taxes are to be paid in the EuroZone countries.
