Hi,
I have this problem. I would like to see a film with spanish subtitles. I installed opensubtitles. When i see the film only show english subtitles, but if i go to the webpage this film has spanish film. I configure kodi to my preferred subtitles are spanish.

Do you know whats the problem?

You need to add Spanish to the "Languages to download subtitles for" list in Settings->Videos->Subtitles.

Not only the preferred subtitles language.
