Performance problem with DVBLink PVR Client
#1
Hey everybody,

I had some performance problems with my recordings that were scheduled by Kodi and watched from there. It took some minutes to start playing a recorded file and about the same amount of time for skipping within the file - very annoying. I first thought is was an issue with the number or size of the files (right now there are about 1TB and over 500 files on my HDD).

Finally I found the problem to be the Windows Defender. The solution is actually pretty simple. To overcome the problem either the folder containing the files or the file extension "ts" can be added to the list of exceptions for the Windows Defender in the settings of Windows.

Hope this is of help to anyone Smile

I have an MXQ box with Kodi installed, when I try to stream on SportsDevil I get in the bottom right corner a "DVBLink PVRCLIENT Connection lost" message followed by a "Could not connect to DVBLink server "1" ".

Everything was working fine until we had a sudden power outage, since then I am unable to get any reception in Kodi.

Can you help or advise what to do to correct this problem.
