I've seen your profile rules in the control panel, but that is probably accurate. The active profile will be highlighted in the madVR control panel.

When your projector is selected, all settings underneath it will be active.

Maybe something is not right. But some combinations of upscaling factors, output resolutions and monitors show only small improvements with madVR rather than more noticeable ones. That isn't that uncommon. But your screenshots make it appear as though everything is functioning normally.

Did something change in windows 2004? Or maybe the new WDDM version changed things?
I used to be able to leave the windows HDR setting off, and madVR would handle the switching. Having W10 HDR on pre-2004 would blow out anything non-HDR, like the desktop.
Now in 2004,
W10 HDR is off: Desktop looks correct, TV still switches in/out of HDR mode, but HDR videos look washed out, but the SDR videos look correct.
W10 HDR is on: Desktop looks correct, TV is in HDR mode all the time, HDR videos look correct, but all the SDR videos are way too bright

The new Nvidia drivers are not compatible with HDR playback and madVR. That might be all that is happening. I'd roll back to an older driver for now.
