hi, iam using silicondust homerun prime tuner with a cable card, are all channels should be availble to me? even the ones that are marked as copy protected?

No. Kodi can only play the Copy Freely channels. Copy Once channels will not play in Kodi, only through certified software channels like WMC. You can see which channels are Copy Once in the HDHR interface: the channel names are suffixed with a 'DRM' icon in the channel listing.
