Tried to install that one.
Windows Defender popped up complaining about a trojan. Detected item is "Trojan:Win32/Fathale.B!plock"

The version that I uploaded (as of 5 minutes ago) is based off latest commit changes on github from yesterday. Looks like the one uploaded in the official release thread hasn't been updated since 5-08-2016
