just open the strings.xml (in language/swedish) with wordpad, edit it and submit it to the xbmc sourceforge project page.
and maybe talk to the original translator what exactly "sucks" in the original swedish translation thread:

didn't know that i could help by doing my own translation.
i know it wasn't a constructive comment, and i'm sorry if it sounded a little hard.
but some of the words are completely wrong translated.

i'm the guilty translator, and come on it doesn't suck that much? some words don't really translate and some are used in several places with different meaning in english but come out with totally wrong meaning in swedish.
i did it in about 20 mins and as i said when i posted it please do ad and update
