Development of Estuary has brought to light some deficiencies in Kodi code which have needed fixing in order to get Estuary working well, thus Estuary relies on code changes that are only in the master code base that we're working on as we move towards the release of the next version of Kodi.

This is a very nice, clean skin. What kind of menu modifications can we expect to have? Will we be able to add playlists, etc. to the home screen/menu or is still in the same vein as Confluence where we can add some add-on shortcuts, but other than that it is pretty fixed?

Thanks, and great work.

Not too many home menu customization options for now. That may change depening on whether we have sane technical solutions available.

What is new though is that several themes get shipped by default.

Btw this usually hands you the things your looking for, before you even know it. So that will reduce the need for customization/shortcuts a little.

Congratulations, I've actually posted in the blog many times that while there were so many additions and fixes in each previous Kodi versions, it was embarrassing to still see Confluence on the year 2016. I know there are a lot of wonderful skin designers and options but many new users were welcomed with a blast from the past even if Confluence was fast and worked well it served its purpose but it's time to retire it. This looks great and I'm sure it will place Kodi right there along Emby and Plex in terms of eye candy and overall usability. Congrats!
