When I saw the super early version of Estuary I knew it was going to be the next Kodi default, even before most people within the team had seen it. You could really see how Piers and phil65 were thinking of things and how they wanted it to flow, and it fits Kodi really well. It's not to say that it's the best thing ever in the whole wide universe (everyone has their own preferences), but it really checks off all the marks that the default skin needs to do, and does so while looking fantastic. It's a balance that few have been able to do for a TV interface program like this, IMO.

I feel that's the point people are missing. There's nothing wrong with making some changes here and there, but phil65 and I spent a lot of time working out the functionality of the skin. It's a default skin and not meant to contain 25 different methods to carry out one function.

That's what other skins are for.
