Yes. The rules and the forum policy on piracy

IMPORTANT:
The official Kodi version does not contain any content what so ever. This means that you should provide your own content from a local or remote storage location, DVD, Blu-Ray or any other media carrier that you own. Additionally Kodi allows you to install third-party plugins that may provide access to content that is freely available on the official content provider website. The watching or listening of illegal or pirated content which would otherwise need to be paid for is not endorsed or approved by Team Kodi.

Kodi doesn't supply any media, so either yours was pre-installed (a so-called "fully loaded" box which we do not support) or you've added it yourself.

Either way, please read our forum rules (wiki) on piracy and also the notes on free content (wiki). If your TV is coming via a banned add-on (wiki), or if you've set up a stream/m3u file from some crap you've seen on YouTube then the chances are that the source is illegal and has been shut down. That kind of scenario we do not care at all about, as we will not help anyone access or stream illegal stolen/copyright-violating material.

I'd suggest you also read this blog and consider what you're watching, as it's not impossible that viewing pirated materials could get you into legal trouble in certain jurisdictions if you're unlucky.
