Hello all,

today I was upgrading my Kodibuntu from Version 15.2 to 16. I was connected with putty from my laptop to my htpc. After following the steps from http://kodi.wiki/view/Kodibuntu_FAQ#Upgrading_Kodi

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

my network connection broke down. In putty I could see the configuration window for TVHeadend but I was not able to connect to the session. So I decided to reboot my htpc.

Now I can see the Kodi Logo 15.2 flashing three times and then the login window (see photo) pops up. When I try to login the Kodi logo will appear again three times and returns to the login screen again.

Ok I got it resolved by myself. After running apt-get dist-upgrade again I was able to finish the upgrade. TVHeadend is not working anymore, but I'll post this in another forum
