I have a new Kodi 16 install and I am not getting the option to Use Channel Numbers from Backend, instead the TV channels are starting at 1 and increment.

I have confirmed the issue occurs with Amber and Confluence skins.

Check that you are using the advanced or expert settings level.

Did you change the setting in the General Kodi PVR Configuration to use the numbers from the backend?
