The log says that your clients can't access the recorded tv folder.

Okay, going back to earlier in the post, if I add the RecordedTV folder to the Videos section I can view and watch the programs there perfectly okay, this requires me to login using the domainname/user profile. However, this is the wrong way of doing things and doesn't help with the Live TV bit.

So, remove that and add the user "TV" into the Folders section of ServerWMC it should return the same values. Correct?

OR I have tried using the domainname/user format within the Folders section. This produces the same results.

I have also tried leaving the Folders section blank - no results there either.

Am I possibly looking in the wrong place?

Let's start from the beginning. If you are running serverwmc as a service I suggest you stop doing that and just run it normally until you get this setup correctly.

To watch live tv and recorded tv your kodi clients need to have access to your recorded tv folder that wmc uses, so your recorded tv folder needs to be set up as a network share. The folders section of serverwmc needs you to enter the correct network share (UNC) path to this folder.

Additionally, if your clients running kodi aren't windows based, you also need to add login credentials to the 'folders' section of serverwmc. The login that goes here should be the windows account login that serverwmc is run under. Here is how it looks for my server:

the first textbox contains the network path to the recorded tv folder (best to use the ip address of the serverwmc machine, rather then the machine name). The credentials entered are the login for the account that starts serverwmc.

When you have the above set correctly, kodi will be able to play the wtv files that show up in the 'Recordings' section of Kodi's TV menu and live tv steams will work.

Not to confuse things but there is another way. Rather than entering credentials in ServerWMC you can go to File Manager in Kodi and "Add Source" enter the path to your server and enter credentials when prompted, click on Save credentials. Kodi will store the user/pass. The downside is you have to do this on all Kodi installs, you can also copy passwords.xml and sources.xml from userdata (wiki) on the machine you entered credentials to your other installs. Copying will only work if ALL your sources are network shares and NOT local paths
If I have been of help, please add to my reputation as a way of saying thanks, it's free.

Okay, I think I've sussed it - well certainly it is now working. I did three things...
1. Changed security settings in Network/Advanced Settings to 40/56bit rather than forcing 128bit
2. Disabled "Password Protection" in Network/Advanced settings - the only way I could find to do this was by removing PC from domain, changing setting, then re-adding to domain.
3. Removed "login" settings from Folders section of ServerWMC

I;m having the same issue but on Jarvis... I have confirmed all the settings on the WMCServer... But none of my Kodi boxes will show LiveTV. They show working at the bottom right and then it disappears but still no picture or audio. I click OK and the Working shows up again only to disappear and still nothing. The Guide shows up, the channels are all imported over, I can watch Videos and Recordings but alas no LiveTV. Current setup is a 6 tuner setup, Windows Media Center on Windows Ultimate 7 and have confirmed all the other setups. Any ideas?? what log files are needed to resolve this?

If you can play recorded tv files you have a different problem. Post the serverwmc log (see debug tab) after you fail to start a live stream. To make the log file size more manageable, it helps if you restart serverwmc first. Then put the log file on pastebin.com and post a link to it here.
