How does the Web interface? Is that I can open the site on another machine several hundred kilometer? I tried with Kodi machine at home, but when I asked a friend who lives far away, he can not open the page. The interface web server is not responding. Why ?

theoretically: yes
practically: its not that easy!
you are in a private network behind your router from your internet provider..
you need at least a public IP or something with dyndns that anybody else outside from your private network can connect.
then, mostly incomming connection is blocked by your provider for your security...
and at the end, why you like to do so?
its strictly unsafe for you and your network without doing any other installation task on your network (personal firewall and a strong user/password at least and SSL connection with a certificate)!
the webinterfaces in kodi are for controlling your kodi as a remote or organization tool on a webbrowser from your phone, tablet, pc etc... inside your home network!
