And DVB-T2 tuners can be had for less than €30 if you're in a DVB-T2 region - and that's a new tuner unopened from Amazon rather than a second hand one from eBay.
In the UK we have a mix of 5 or 6 DVB-T muxes (depends if you have a local mux or not) and 3 DVB-T2 muxes. This means it's entirely feasible to have a TV Headend set-up with a tuner dedicated to each mux (3x Play TV Dual DVB-T and 3 DVB-T2s) and guarantee you can watch and record any channel at any time without a clash
