You'd struggle to find many DVB-S tuners these days, DVB-S2 are pretty universal.

Best value DVB-S2 tuners I've found new are Quad DVB-S2 SAT>IP devices that can be found for <£150 which equates to <£40/tuner. They don't have integrated CI slots to accept a CAM, but many CAM schemes are implemented in software, meaning you just need a suitable card reader for your subscription card (which doesn't have to run on the SAT>IP tuner but can run on your PVR backend). Discussion of this is tricky as there are also nefarious reasons to do it, as well as perfectly legitimate ones. (It is also possible to boot some SAT>IP servers with custom firmware that adds additional functionality - https://github.com/perexg/satip-axe/tree/master/dist )

I picked up an Elgato 4Sat (ignore the built in transcoding and iOS/Android integration) and with a recent version of TV Headend it works pretty well. (Only basic Diseqc support though - so not good for multi satellite if you have more than 4 orbital slots)

If you need a USB DVB-S2 tuner then you're looking at around £60+/tuner for one without a CI slot. You can get a few USB models with CI slots integrated, but they are more common on PCI-E models for use in x86 PCs with full size expansion slots and decent PSUs.
