Just out of curiosity and since I am running the same backend, did you happen to try with a officially supported tuner?
I had freezes, distortion and some other nasty stuff until I switched tuners.
I swapped them out for all pctv292e tuners and instantly all issues disappeared never to return.

My problem was nothing to do with DVBlogic! it was complete user error!!!! e.g i fogot to uninstall another PVR (nextPVR) so this was hapilly running in the background, recording all my schedules! of course after stopping the NEXTPVR process/uninstalling it, everything works perfectly... just upgraded to DVBogic 6 , upgrade was very smooth with out any issues and works great.... value for money in my oppinion.... DVBLOGIC just works!
