- Kodi and device firmware are separate. Get any version of Kodi (v.16 latest recommended). Device firmware via main menu (still on shipping firmware at this moment; no new one yet).

If not playing on your Q10 Pro, then likely unsupported. I bet HiMedia hasn't even accounted for this video type. I've tried 5K and 8K 2D files, and they don't play. But, neither on nVidia Shield.
