I've made that post and I own and use a Q10 Pro, and have the latest firmwares installed, and all listed is the same as were. Otherwise I would have modified that post.

Hi,
who is able to hear the audio?
1)
https://drive.google.com/open?id=1UpxoCL...-ULHz6B0Ho
or (at least)
2)
https://drive.google.com/open?id=1nxjP1W...jyag4bOyXU
then I would ask about the brand/model of your player/box.
Thanks a lot for verify.
Best,
PS: Zappiti dev found interesting my requests (codec support, zoom in photos, ordering by file name...) but for an update I have to wait...6 months.

Hello guys. Has anybody tried to play any Chroma Subsampling 4:2:2 videos encoded with HEVC? I get a black screen on my Q10 Pro. I can play them on PC, but I want to play them directly on my TV box. Video has Color space : YUV, Chroma subsampling : 4:2:2 (Type 2), Bit depth : 10 bit and Color primaries : BT.2020.

Display is set to 2160p 60 FPS, in the advanced options I picked YCBCR444 8 bit, I cannot select 10 bit (cable may not support it). I do not have any 12 bit settings anywhere. Where should I set that?

If you are unable to select 10-bit and 12-bit settings in your display options, it is likely that your monitor, graphics card, or HDMI cable cannot properly support these higher color bit depths. Compatible hardware and cables are required to fully utilize the enhanced color depth, which can result in more accurate and vibrant colors for tasks like professional photo and video editing.
