When stuff is "lip-synced" or "in lip sync" or "has lip sync" it is perfect. When it "has lip sync errors", "is not lip-synced", or "is out of sync", things are wrong.
There appears to be a creeping use of 'lip sync' to mean 'lip sync errors'.
It looks like you are determined and not going to give up on this any time soon
