So, what this thread is about and what you're asking are not related. I'm understanding you want to use PowerDVD as an external player w/Kodi because you want BD menus. And, not the integrated MVC playback builds w/o menus we're talking about in this thread...

In this case, yes, if you leave AnyDVD running in the background, it disables/bypasses Cinavia on the fly. At least for the PDVD builds I mentioned before. Just checked RedFox's forum and PDVD 16 w/Cinavia bypass is expected to be supported in the next version.

yes that device supports 3D, no Kodi does not support menus currently.
