Presumably you mean on Windows and/or x86/x64 Linux - there are Kodi builds that do all of those under LibreElec (and I think OSMC) on the AMLogic platforms.

Yeah in windows. My media center is a windows 10 based PC that boots into Kodi but we love the ability to alt-tab out of it and have a full blown PC on the TV?
