Home button no longer works on fire stick. How do i load firestarter app so i can use the HOME button to get me to kodi home screen (LG TV)

Latest Amazon update blocks Firestarter. I am unaware of a fix. Suggest googling Firestarter replacement. Or just double click which should give you a list of recent (?) apps.
