Using the latest nightly as of today, I don't have any guide data (and I think that's why Kodi crashes when trying to change channels).

I have tried resetting all PVR data/settings.

Anyone else seeing this?

The guide shouldn't have anything to do with crashing.. it either has info, or it doesn't. Crashing between channels.. you mean kodi literally crashes, or you just get a message saying no signal or tuner device found? I get that intermittently... try stopping the program you're watching before changing channels.

As for the guide info... did you have it before with an older version of tvheadend? If so.. maybe you need to update your xml file, or maybe have to rescan all your muxes again. It can be a bitch getting it going sometimes.
