Hi guys,

Is there a function within kodi to manually set the display off as it would do when idle for a given time (or what function does it use when that happens?)

My intention is to manually set the display off (for example from command line), but leaving the display able to turn back on when a keypress or such is input. I am working to add this into a place on a screensaver addon manually.

I tried with the ToggleDPMS function but once it is triggered it seems like it's not waking up again.
