I am on Windows 7, I haven't done any modifying to Kodi, I operate it as is. I use the TV Add-on "CBSN News" all the time. In 16.0 Jarvis, while watching in the "LIVE" feed, Jarvis buffers every few seconds, causing the feed to cut out on the audio, and causes artifacts on the video. I have uninstalled Jarvis and reinstalled 15.2 Isengard to test this. CBSN News Live runs perfectly fine on 15.2 Isengard with no buffering issues, no audio cut outs, and no artifacts in the video. CBSN Live runs perfectly in Isengard 15.2.

I hope you guys get this figured out, I'd really like to be running Jarvis.
