I think the new SamsungEvo sdCard are not the best of the market

I use a Samsung EVO - works very well for me.

ok popcornmix , but the Micro SD card slot (now push-pull rather than push-push) from RPi3 is faulty design.
Have seen, that the sdcard is not in the correct position.

If i want to exchange the card in my Pi-box i need a forceps for that procedure - that is a nogo, tzz ;-)

SDcard slot from Pi2 is better. i think - card cannot go out, with the push-push mechanism.

Mostly a case problem. Should be fine with no case, or an official Pi case.
Some, like FLIRC case are tricky to get out. I suggest growing one long fingernail...

Attach a small strip of folded-over sellotape to the SD card, to act as a "tab" - works just fine for me (I'd have to take my FLIRC case apart to get the SD card out of a RPi3).

The problem with the spring loaded mechanism is that when handling the Pi2 it is easy to accidentally push the SD card causing it to pop out potentially corrupting the OS (or losing any unsaved work) - in a school environment, this is a big deal. I even managed to do it myself once or twice.

I think there's differences between LibreELEC 7.0.0 and 7.0.1
I use LibreELEC 7.0.0 or 6.95 (I do not remember exactly) + Milhouse builds on RPi3. Since build # 0610 everything goes well

Yesterday, I installed LE 7.0.1 + Milhouse build #612 and stuttering is gone for me.

I also had problems with Samsung Evo on RP2. I think there are lot of fake Evos and maybe this is the problem. I bought my Evo from a known shop and never the less....

Anyway I never had any problems with SanDisk and Lexar. Tried them on both RP2 and RP3.

The lirc update (I'm presuming) is causing me issues with my gpio remote. A lot of the important buttons - select and back for example - aren't being recognised and there's no sign of them in the log. The number buttons, volume and arrow buttons all still seem to be working.

It may be there's just been a change to the mapping, but the relevant PR is beyond my ability to decipher. Full debug log is here, and - if it's of any use - my lircd.conf is here. If there's any other info I can provide, let me know.

There's problems with some (but not all) Generic (x86) builds too, it's being looked into. If necessary I'll drop the lirc bump from the next build.

What would be the easiest way to remove all of the addons to give you a clean debug log file?

Then enable debugging and reproduce the issue.

If Kodi is crashing, once Kodi has restarted run the following command to upload your crashlog:

Once you've submitted a log, the following commands will restore your original system and add-ons:
