I have a problem with the updating process for my pi3. At the time I'm running the official LibreELEC 7.0.1. It's a dualboot rom with recalbox from romlink. After several attempts I always get the error "missing kernel or system" after the extracting process and than it boots into the old system.
I copied the .tar file (without extracting anything) to the Update folder. I realy don't know what i'm doing wrong. Hope you can help me

The upgrade process cannot extract the new files from the tar file to complete the upgrade, so the error message is correct.
You'll need to buy a bigger SD card, clone your existing card and resize to use the remaining available space. Or start afresh with a new card.

2 possibilities fot that
change it with geparted or
fresh install and change the partition.json file because in this image the recalbox share partition got the remaining space of the sdcard
simply edit the NOOBS/os/RecalboxOS-(osmc|libreelec)/partitions.json file.
Change "want_maximised" from false to true on the ext4 partition.
Alternatively you could leave as false and change "partition_size_nominal" to set an exact size.
This has to be done before installing any OS's in NOOBS.
If you change this file, you will need to reinstall OS's in NOOBS to take affect.

It seems to work fine, although there may be a question over I2S support so users with audio soundcards would be advised to give it a spin in order that we can get early feedback on issues before eventually switching to the 4.7-rcX branch in the near future. Anyone else that wants to test 4.7-rc4 is also welcome.
