v17 LibreELEC Testbuilds for RaspberryPi (Kodi 17.0)

The best way to get good hevc performance is bumping up the sdram freq. I have mine at 600mhz but 550 is probably achievable with most rpi3s.

These are the settings im using:

force_turbo=1
core_freq=500
sdram_freq=600
gpu_mem=320
#initial_turbo=0
over_voltage_sdram=5
over_voltage_sdram_p=6
over_voltage_sdram_i=4
over_voltage_sdram_c=4
over_voltage=2
hdmi_ignore_cec_init=0
sdram_schmoo=0x02000020
dtoverlay=sdtweak,overclock_50=100

I doubt these settings are optimal and some may have been superseded but they work for me.

With these settings, what bitrates work for you without skipping for a 1080p HEVC file?
