I don't get what you want to say, sorry.

A Braswell plays 3840x2160 @60p h264 without issues, while outputting it to a HDMI 1.4b target. It also can play 3840x2160@60p HEVC 8 bit without issues. The test above was meant to show, that all cores go up to their maximum when using SW decoding - nothing else. It's obviously clear that a braswell cannot play hevc-10 bit 4k file without skipping and stuttering, but this was not tested here.

Btw. using yadif 2x won't work well on a BSW too cause of the immense cpu copying overhead. VAAPI provides VAAPI-MCDI which has similar quality while not using any additional CPU.

Edit: The yadif in the above screenshot is a bug - it's not used at all, cause that video is not interlaced.
First decide what functions / features you expect from a system. Then decide for the hardware. Don't waste your money on crap.
