v17 LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86_64 (Kodi 17.0)
(2016-11-10, 20:35)Eisi2005 Wrote: @Milhouse

one month ago i posted that i have problems with my remote control. You say i should go to new version , at this time it was 1006. I switch to this version and all was good. Now i switch to version 1106 and the problem is back. If i reboot my nuc and i scroll then fast through my library all was fine. After suspend i could scroll only slow and the remote control was stucky.

Here is a log after reboot.

http://pastebin.com/vh9euUnU

Here is a log after suspend, the first 1140 rows are from the first logfile, the rest after suspend

http://pastebin.com/GDeYYRiC

There are 31 builds between #1006 and #1106, so identifying the build that introduces the problem increases the chance of identifying the likely cause (though doesn't guarantee a fix), however right now I have no idea what the problem is - maybe it's a kernel issue, or a driver issue, or a BIOS issue, or some combination of all three.

A bit slow 2 dl here in oz at thmo, but keep um cummin. Smile
Can people using chromium please try this testbuild? It is chromium 55 and has update vaapi patches. I had no success on nvidia but if someone with intel graphics can test that would be great.

@Irusak
Tried your chromium-testbuild but for my Bay Trial NUC theres still no hw acc available...
The difference with the new build is, that i can watch amazon videos - with stuttering - but i can watch....
With the old version of chromium there was no video showing at all.

edit:
also tested this testbuild with my AMD-HTPC and this version breaks hw acc on this system
Didnt Test for a while. Someone with Apollo Lake did get hd Audio working?

@Irusak,
same for my NUC, no hw acc available

The last working build with hw acc is #1004 #1003

----

Solved:

revert PR800 and PR812
rebuild #1111 and hw acc is back in chromium

.bismarck
general question:

Does the "blackscreen on change of refreshrate" issue on intel hardware still occur with current builds for anyone?

@.bismarck the 2 PR's you reference are translations (from 4 years ago), is that a typo?
PR800
PR812
I think it's Libreelec PR .
