Which addon are referring to? There are three vevo addons. Not sure which one you mean

none of the VEVO addons seem to work, I tested in RPI and W10. with Kodi 17

The one you can search and play music videos
That's not really helpful ;-) I found three in the kodi repository.
- Vevo (author T1M) -> gives an error
- Vevo author bluecop) -> works
- VevoTV -> works
