 thanks for sharing. i am using the same settings on my mi bos s but the problem is . i dont see the option "true HD capable receiver" in my kodi settings

Can you get TrueHD or DTS-HD with other playback apps on the Mi Box?

Tried different HDMI cables? Tried different inputs on the receiver? 

 i dont get hd on any app.. cable is fine because i tested it on shield, ps4 pro and laptop. it plays fine on other devices.. mi box s simply does not support that
