Lately I can't see anymore the background image and the actors from Kore.

How can I fix it?

If you try adding your media server again in Kore are you able to do it?

At first sight this seems like a network issue, namely with the kodi webserver. Can you check the HTTP ports on kodi's webserver and on Kore.

I had to format my phone and re-install all the apps I used to have.
Now it works fine.

No, I have this problem again, after few weeks.
Obvioulsy I didn't installed anything that could bother Kore, like ad blocker, battery safer, network monitoring or similar stuff.

The HTTP port is 8080, and it woks fine with Yatze too.
And with Yatze I can see the similar effects on the screen.

I always have that problem when resuming. E.g. I start watching a movie, stop it and when I continue watching the next day it won't show the artwork anymore.

Only happens on resume.

Been having this problem for a few weeks now. I used to use Yatse and I had the problem on that, so I switched to Kore today. On installation it worked fine for a while, then on looking at it now a few hours later, the images and thumbnails are all gone. I've quadruple checked all the network settings and they're all set to what they should be.
