We recently downloaded kodi16 from 15.2, and we can't see our movies when we try to play one...eg I was trying to watch the outlander and all we get is sound but no picture.. we have deleted and downloaded it several times but still nothing. is there something we are missing.
also if needed can we get 15.2 back I can't seem to find the download for it

Thread moved to OS independent for lack of any useful info in the post. How about telling us details of your install, ideally gather, upload and post a link to a debug log (wiki).
