Hi guys

I wonder if you can help me please ,I subscribed to total vpn to use with kodi but its not working on a lot of the links some do but on the links where it won't work if I disconnect from the vpn they work ? I have tried all the servers on the vpn with no luck,is there a setting I need to adjust in kodi or something?

Its on my android box but also same on my windows 10 laptop.

This really isn't a Kodi issue/question, so I don't know why you are asking us.

If links are variable, the chances are they may be geo-locked to certain areas, which your VPN may make you appear to be inside (or outside). But as Ned says this is something that you'd need to take up with the VPN provider, not us.
