everytime im back on the home window that favorite is empty window pops up... cant find where to turn it off.. i dont care that the favorite folder is empty.

Do you have the favorites category as a widget in your home menu maybe? So each time your homescreen loads it tries to load the favorites, which are empty as indicated.
Post your logs to have a better look into it. 

thanks Chrisism, ill check when i get home today.. i know i dont have a widget. but it could be a dropdown sub menu of the home menu.
