everything running fine until last night.  I installed Estuary AEL, now when I attempt launch of AEL, I get:

Anyone?  Pls, I have ALOT of work into this setup,  now I have zero access to my launchers.

Don't panic. Please put the full debug log following the instructions in the first post. Use a pastebin service.
