Request: GIMP.tv script or plugin

Question
GIMP (Global Internet Media Productions) TV
http://www.gimp.tv

Current channels (with each channel hosting many shows):
Motorsports
Entertainment
Teens
Lifestyle
Technology
Children
Business
Sports

RSS feeds are available, and the video files/shows are downloadable in several formats like m4v (for iPod) or 3gp (for mobile phones). The questions is if the Xbox CPU (via XBMC's MPlayer or DVDPlayer) is capable of smoothly playing the m4v (for iPod) format which is H.264 video at 640x480 resolution and 29.97 frames-per-second (and 128Kb/s AAC stereo audio)?

You do not have to login but it does look like you have to go under each show to find he RSS feed for that show

these are for example the RSS feeds for the Motorsports channel:
http://feeds.gimp.tv/fueltime
http://feeds.gimp.tv/classiccar
http://feeds.gimp.tv/slidewayz
http://feeds.gimp.tv/beyondpavement
http://feeds.gimp.tv/dieseltrucks

they should be scrapable via HTTP as each show under each channel has the URL for the show, for example
http://www.gimp.tv/fueltime
then you simply replay the www part of the URL with feeds and that is the RSS feed URL
http://feeds.gimp.tv/fueltime

Well, if you create a .conf file like AMT does the one .m4v - 640x360 video i tried played fine with MPlayer when downloaded.

DVDPlayer played it ok, but the video never stopped, it stayed on the last frame until I pressed stop, elupus might be the same bug you fixed for .flv files.

Streaming it worked fine also with MPlayer.

So I'll see what I can do, give me a couple days.

I may be wrong but it looks like some of the shows on GIMP.tv are only available in HD (High-Definition), and those will obviously not play on the Xbox.

Maybe this could be made into a good example for how-to make one script/plugin work on both the Xbox version XBMC as well as the Linux version, but have it only display the HD material when loaded in Linux?

@Unbehagen or Voinage, are anyone of you using XBMC for Linux, XBMC for Mac OS X, or XBMC for Windows (that can handle 720p H.264 videos)?

If so then would you care to take a crack at making a plugin for this?

Note that not all of the origianal shows are available any longer, and now shows have popped-up.
