Hi,

it seems with Kodi 17 the Youtube Livestreams are broken.
I personally dont use Kodi 16 anymore but ive got reported that its working properly there.

The Stream itself takes longer than usually to load and of course isnt playing the file, with a lot of buffering (even at the lowest quality setting), correctly.

This is happening on Windows and Libreelec and can probably be reproduced with any youtube livestream.

This might be a good opportunity to write an HLS inputstream add-on. In Addition to the livestream problem, the current implementation doesn't have adaptive stream switching or support for version 4.0.

Yes! None of the livestreams can be played here anymore with krypton. I hope somebody will take action on that case.
